Randy has always been a very talented man, so it was no surprise to me when the mount he created of my wife’s rainbow trout turned out beautiful. Donna loved it so much that when she received it, she took it to work just to show it off! Lots of people saw this piece of art that day, and much jealousy flowed. Thanks Randy for being a great friend, and for doing such an awesome job on Donna’s fish!

I am presently working on a collection of the nine trout species that can be caught in the lakes on the Grand Mesa. "Coop" has done five replications for me so far. He does beautiful work. I've received many positive comments from folks viewing my collection. Everyone wants to know, "who did the beautiful mounts?" Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer, and hopefully, I will be lucky enough to bring "Coop" some more work!

I have known Randy "Coop" Cooper for going on 20 years. He is a great artist in many mediums. I have some of his artwork in three different mediums and I can tell you he is very good in all art forms he uses, but I must admit his fish replicas are his true calling. He does the best replicas I have ever seen, and I have seen many, as I am an avid fisherman and game art connoisseur. I would recommend Dead Fish Taxidermy above any other taxidermist, his work is second to none.
